PROJECT SUMMARY:
Star 8 was approached by an electrical company to provide a solar solution for an arts festival taking place in the Darwin CBD. The project required an environmentally friendly solution to light up 45 murals so they may be seen at night.
SOLUTION:
Star 8 modified their Multi Purpose Solar Light to enable these artworks to be visible after dark.
Each light was customised with an enlarged solar panel, extended cables and multiple lighting modes to suit the needs of each unique artwork.
RESULT:
Each mural has been lit up using the modified solar light. This has provided safety for sightseers and allowed the public to enjoy these artworks any time of day. Star 8 lighting provided an inexpensive and easy to install solution.
