Return and Refund Policy

General Overview

Products can only be returned within 14 days with receipt; If you are not satisfied with any product please contact us. Refunds are accepted, but only granted to customers upon inspection of the returned item. Any refund eligible product must be returned in the original packaging, shipping costs prepaid (or freight charges to ship the item back will be deducted from the refund), and the item must never have been used and be in resalable condition. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be charged. All refund eligible items returned to STAR 8 AUSTRALIA are examined to ensure that they are not damaged and are in resalable condition. 

STAR 8 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD reserves the right to reject refund claims if the items are damaged or not in resalable condition. Customers are required to pay the freight for returned items, please make sure to include the original packaging, invoices, warranty cards filled out and signed (if applicable) and any other accessories shipped with your product. STAR 8 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is not required to refund items after 14 days, however in extraordinary circumstances may permit products to be returned. Products approved for refund after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will only be awarded credit towards a future purchase.

Returns & Shipping

STAR 8 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD expressly does not refund shipping charges on any product. In most cases customers are responsible for paying returned merchandise shipping fees and insurance.

Please note that some items are ineligible for returns and/ or refunds.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return please contact the Star 8 office by emailing info.au@star8.green and provide the following information:

Customer name
Invoice number
Serial number
Reason for requesting a refund.

Limited Liability

Under no circumstances will STAR 8 AUSTRALIA PTY LTD or any of its partner companies be held liable for consequential, special, incidental and/ or indirect damages inclusive or any instance of loss of profits, loss of data and/ or loss of usability.
