MODE 1: 30% brightness all night with 100% brightness PIR activated light.
MODE 2: 100% brightness for the first 5 hours of the night, then 25% brightness for the next 5 hours with 100% brightness PIR activated light, then 70% brightness until dawn.
MODE 3: 70% constant brightness from dusk until dawn.
